Our Training Schedules for this Month and Next Month
The CSC RO V published the training calendar for the current year. These are courses dedicated to achieving the goals for the PRIME-HRM, bridge competency gaps, and meet the learning needs of individuals in the region. The courses are selectively designed as a result of analytics from the PRIME-HRM assessment results and previous training database. These trainings include Learning Delivery and Facilitation, SPMS Review and Enhancement Workshop, and Behavioral Events Investigation and Background Investigation. We also offer Leadership and Management programs that include Developing Peak Performers, iREACH (Inclusive-Responsible Empowering Actions for Collaboration and Harmony) in the Workplace, Managing Change and Transitions, Decision-Making Tools for Leaders and Coaching, and Mentoring for Organizational Excellence. In addition, a variety of Foundation and Technical trainings are also offered to improve basic competencies of the trainees such as Frontline Service, Ethics and Accountability (TFSEA), Written Communication Skills Enhancement Training, the 2017 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service, HR data Analytics, and Knowledge Management. As a bonus, several events have also been redesigned. These are the GEDSI Forum, the 11th Regional Convention of HRMPs, and IT in HR Congress. We also focus on enabling the education sector by introducing the students with the Civil Service Rules and Regulations and the future of work in the public sector through this year's Student Congress.
